The flag is red and off-centred parted by a white cross patty. On ist centre is the royal cypher of King Christian 10, surmounted by a royal crown.
The colour was approved on 30 June 1924 by King Christian 10.

The finial is a gilt leafy spearhead with the royal cypher of King Christian 10, surmounted by a crown.
